A Day Away

Maysville, Kentucky is home to the fabulous Gateway Museum. A must-see in the region, the museum offers dynamic collections, exhibits, and a genealogical-historical library. They also have the Kathleen Savage Browning Miniatures Collection which looks at the world from a new perspective through mesmerizing, 1:12-scale reproductions of homes, furnishings, clothing, artwork and people. Just over two hours away from Columbus, CMS planned a Saturday to visit the museum and take in the sights in Maysville. It was such a good time and the miniatures were so amazing, there's talk of going again!
